FAQ
How to prep for your service and our aftercare recommendations.
CUPPING
What are the DOs and DON’Ts before a cupping session?
Please arrive at your appointment well-hydrated. We also kindly ask that you avoid heavy meals right before your appointment time so that your body can focus on directing more blood flow to the targeted areas instead of digestion. We recommend wearing a loose top as your back will feel tender after the session.
What are your must-follow aftercare recommendations following cupping therapy?
Healing is a personal journey, and everyone is subject to their own experience. After a cupping session, we generally recommend clients rest, stay extra hydrated and avoid exposing the open pores to extreme temperatures.
I’m experiencing flu-like symptoms after my cupping session. Is that normal?
Totally. You may feel more tired than usual and experience flu-like symptoms (like headaches and general body aches) after your treatment. This is a temporary reaction by your immune system to the cellular waste that was released during your session. Your body is processing and expelling toxins, so take it easy, get extra rest and practice good self-care.
How long do cupping marks last?
Cupping marks usually begin to fade within five to seven days. If it’s your first time, you can expect darker marks that may last up to 14 days. Follow-up treatments will result in less marking as your circulation and metabolism improve.

BROW LAMINATION
What are the DOs and DON’Ts before a brow lamination?
Please avoid tweezing, trimming and using exfoliants and retinoids on your face 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment. We also kindly ask that you arrive at your appointment fresh-faced and makeup-free.
What are your must-follow aftercare recommendations following a brow lamination?
Aftercare is key within the first 24 hours to ensure your brows stay laminated for at least 4-6 weeks. Please do not: get your brows wet, go into a sauna, use oil-based products, sleep directly on your brows or apply heavy creams and makeup.
LASH LIFT
What are the DOs and DON’Ts before a lash lift?
We kindly ask that you arrive at your appointment with your eyes free of makeup, mascara and false lashes. Please stop the use of lash serums 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. We also recommend that our contact-wearing friends remove them prior to treatment.
What are your must-follow aftercare recommendations following a lash lift?
Aftercare is key within the first 24 hours to ensure your lashes stay lifted for at least 4-6 weeks. Please do not: get your lashes wet, apply mascara or eye makeup, sweat, go into a sauna, use oil-based products or rub your eyes.
