Deposit

A deposit of $20.88 ($0.88 for the payment processing fee) is required at the time of booking. The $20 deposit will go toward your total service amount.

Running late?

We get it – life happens. Just kindly let us know! However, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit as a “no-show” fee if you miss your 15-minute grace period with no contact.

Please note, time lost from your appointment will not always mean time added.

Rescheduling

Appointments must be rescheduled no later than 12 hours prior to your appointment time. If you happen to reschedule within 12 hours, another deposit will be required to hold your new appointment time.

Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled no later than 12 hours prior to your appointment time. If your appointment is canceled within 12 hours, your deposit will not be refunded.

No-shows

Your deposit will not be refunded and kept as a “no-show” fee.

Location

The address and parking instructions will be shared via text at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time.
